1: Make sure the rod is chamfered; if not, use the mounting sleeve.
2: Deburr and chamfer or chamfer sharp edges; cover the end of the bolt threads to prevent scratches.
3: Remove processing residues, such as dust, debris and other external particles, and clean all parts.
4: If the rod and seals are greased or oiled, it is easier to install them. Attention must be paid to the compatibility between sealing materials and these lubricants. Use greases that do not contain solid additives such as molybdenum disulfide or zinc sulfide.
5: Use non-sharp edge installation tools to prevent damage to seals and cylinders.
