NOK Type Buffer Ring HBY for Hydraulic Cylinder Rod Seal

Excavator cylinder components mainly include: cylinder, cylinder low, piston, piston rod,buffer, external seals and standard parts.
The hydraulic excavator hydraulic cylinder includes three parts: the boom cylinder, the arm cylinder and the bucket cylinder, and four cylinders. Since each cylinder

directly controls its working device, its movement is frequently reciprocated in a large thrust range, and most of them have no outer protective device. Therefore, the

failure rate is high in the entire hydraulic system. Different parts of the cylinder seal are not the same, mainly including oil seal, Glyd ring and O ring.

HBY buffer ring does more then normal buffer ring does, not only just buffer the pressure spikes of hydraulic systems, but also acts as a primary seal and pressure spike suppressor. It is mainly used in construction machinery cylinder.
